Are Elliptical trainers a good workout for loosing weight? Of course. But before jumping on the conclusion that simply using elliptical trainer will enhance your workout or make you loose more calories, it is important to keep a close watch at what you eat. If you burn more calories than you eat that wonderful, you are on the right track, else if you are doing just the opposite, then it's a problem.
Generally when we all perform certain routine tasks like household works etc we burn certain amount of calories and if we are eating in proportion to that burnt calorie, we do not need to go to a gym or so. But if we keep on sitting for the entire day, then you need to undertake certain type of regular exercise to keep fit.
Now coming back to our question, does elliptical trainer actually helps us in loosing weight, then the answer is absolutely yes. It does help in burning calories fast. But you need to balance your diet too with the exercise. For example if you are working out to burn 300 calories , it is better you consume just 200 calories rather than going for 400 calories at a time.
